Birth Doula Support
Birth support that puts you at the centre!
Picture stepping into your birth feeling calm, capable and truly ready, not just wishing for a positive experience, but feeling secure in the knowledge that you’ve prepared for this moment. That you’re surrounded by people who respect and support you. That you’re in control making informed decisions for your baby and your body.
No matter how your birth unfolds, you’ll be able to look back and say with certainty:
“That was mine. I did that. I owned every moment.”
While many approach birth with 'going with the flow', hoping it all works out, you’re choosing something different. You know birth isn’t just something to get through, it’s a profound, life changing experience that deserves to be met with clarity, confidence and care.
You’re not looking for one size fits all advice.
You want to feel grounded and informed as labour begins calm, prepared and sure of yourself.
You want someone in your corner who truly listens, understands your needs and supports you without judgement.
You want to look back on your birth with pride, knowing every choice was made from a place of strength, love and trust in yourself.

"You grew your baby, you can birth your baby."
What sort of a doula am I?
I believe that your birth experience is deeply personal and my role is to support you in exactly the way you need, I'm on your team. I don't work for anyone else, I'm not beholden to hospital policies or shifts and as your doula, I don't go "off shift." I don't advocate for a certain type of birth, hospital, home, vaginal, or caesarean. I advocate for POSITIVE birth and that looks different for every person. Birth is unpredictable and while you'll see many healthcare professionals along the way, I'll be your constant. I won't make decisions for you or tell you what to do, you don't need any more of that! I trust in your body's wisdom and your ability to bring your baby into the world, while I offer encouragement, comfort measures and support.
Let's make it amazing!

Essential Birth Package - £1680.00 or 6 monthly payments of £280.00
Best suited for returning clients or last minute bookings- First time parents, those healing from previous birth trauma, or families experiencing complex pregnancies will benefit from a higher level of support.
Getting to know you and your partner is important, after all we will be spending a lot of time together. That's why I always offer an initial meeting, either in person or online.
With the standard doula package, continuous support starts in your third trimester (around 27 weeks gestation). You'll have access to support whenever you need it, without having to wait for scheduled appointments to reach me. This personalised care is designed to help you embrace your pregnancy and build confidence as you prepare for birth. Throughout this period, my guidance will help you feel ready and equipped for childbirth.
Your 2 scheduled antenatal sessions are designed to help you feel ready and equipped for childbirth! These sessions will give you the understanding and self assurance needed to make informed decisions about your preferences while learning about the various options and recommendations that may come your way. I don't advocate for any specific birth environment or method, this includes hospital or home births, as well as vaginal or caesarean deliveries. What I support is the concept of a POSITIVE birth experience. Everyone has their safe place for birth, and I support your choice of environment and work together to optimise it for labour. This time together allows me to understand you and your partner on a deeper level. Each session runs approximately 2 hours and takes place in the comfort of your own home.
I also include a bonus session, a relaxed coffee meet up as you near (or go beyond!) your expected delivery date.
I'll be ready and available to be on call from 38 weeks through to 42 weeks of pregnancy. When your body and baby signal readiness and early labour begins, we'll have a conversation to determine the optimal time for me to come and be with you in person.
I will be a calm presence, providing support to both you and your partner as labour progresses. The consistent care and connection we've developed will assure you that I'll respect your birth preferences. I'll remain with you for 2 hours after your baby arrives, honouring this precious time for you and your partner, helping you settle and support your first feed with your baby.

FAQ Asked By Previous Clients:
What exactly does a Birth Doula do?
As your birth doula I would provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labour and birth. I help you prepare during pregnancy, stay by your side throughout your entire labour (no shift changes), and support you in those first precious hours after birth. I'm there to help you feel calm and informed, supporting both you and your birth partner.
How does a birth doula differ from a Midwife?
Midwives provide medical care. Monitoring you and baby and managing clinical aspects of birth. I provide non-medical support, helping you stay comfortable, supporting your choices and ensuring you feel heard and respected.
Will having a birth doula replace my birth partner role?
I help your partner feel confident and capable by showing them practical ways to support you. They can focus on being emotionally present while I handle the practical support. Many partners say having a doula made them feel they had the confidence to actively get involved, along with comfortably taking a break knowing I was there by your side.
Do you make decisions for me?
My role is to ensure you're informed about your options so YOU can make an informed decision.
What if I go into labour early, before 38 weeks?
Even before your official on call period, I'm contactable and will do everything possible to be there for you. We'll discuss this during our antenatal sessions so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you support home births, hospital births, and birth centre births?
Yes! I support all birth enviroments. Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, or birth centre, I'm there for you.
What happens in our antenatal sessions?
We'll explore your birth preferences and options, discuss pain management techniques, practice positions and breathing, talk through what labour might look like, prepare your birth partner, address any fears or concerns, and create a birth preferences document together. It's completely tailored to what YOU need.
Do you provide postnatal support as well?
Both my birth doula packages include support for the 2-3 hours after birth. My Enhanced and Premium Birth Support Packages include 6-9 hours postnatal support, while you settle in at home. If you'd like additional postnatal support at home, I offer separate postnatal doula services which we can discuss.
What if I don't know what kind of birth I want yet?
That's exactly what our antenatal sessions help with! We'll explore all your options together so you can make informed decisions about what feels right for you.
I'm quite private, will having a doula feel intrusive?
I'm there to support you, not intrude. I read the room, respect your space, and provide exactly the level of support you need in each moment.
