TAILORED FOR YOU

Postnatal Support

Whether this is your first little one or your fourth, this brings a wonderful new chapter into your life. Remember to be gentle with yourself during this time - your body has done an incredible job growing your baby, and it deserves some love and appreciation.

The 4th trimester is just as important as the birth itself. I know asking for help can sometimes feel tough, but that's where I come in. I'm here to support you in a calm and friendly way, making sure you get the rest you need to heal and bond with your baby.

We can chat about what would work best for you, so you can focus on enjoying this special time, while I handle those overwhelming background tasks.

Areas, I can support you in:

You will feel seen and heard -
Matrescence—the transition into motherhood—can be overwhelming at times. I'll be there, for you to share whatever’s on your mind. Whether it’s concerns, fears, or joyful moments, I’ll be present to truly listen and support you emotionally.

You will feel supported -
As you settle into this new chapter, you may have moments of uncertainty—but you are not alone. I’ll be there to gently encourage you, offering reassurance and helping you build confidence in your abilities as you care for your new born.

You will feel rested -
Your rest and healing are just as important as your baby’s care. I can help with light household tasks and errands so you can focus on resting, bonding, and recovering—physically and emotionally.

You will feel held -
I can offer guidance as a trained Breastfeeding Peer Supporter—helping with latch, positioning, and understanding feeding cues. I’ll also ensure you stay nourished and hydrated by keeping your snacks and drinks topped up. If you’re bottle feeding, I’ll guide you with pace feeding and the benefits with how this supports your new born.

You will feel calm -
From light organising to meal prep, I’ll take care of the practical bits so you can focus on your baby and your well-being.

You will feel safe -
Taking time for yourself is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. Whether you want to take a relaxing bath, enjoy a proper shower and a hair wash, catch up on sleep, or simply have a moment to breathe, I will lovingly care for your baby so you can recharge.

You will feel balanced -
If you have older children, I can help care for them or spend time with your new born while you enjoy quality one-on-one moments with your older child—helping everyone adjust gently to this new family dynamic.

You will comfortable to ask for help -
If you need further professional or specialist help, I will assist you in finding the right resources and support services, walking alongside you every step of the way.

Night Doula Support - £300.00
- 10hrs (9pm-6am)

Getting proper rest after birth doesn't have to feel impossible. As your night doula, I'm here to provide that calm, supportive presence during the night time hours, so you can truly recover and restore yourself.

Birth asks so much of your body, and those early weeks are about gentle healing and adjustment. Perhaps your partner has returned to work, or you're finding the nights particularly challenging. It's easy to forget to look after yourself when you become a mother, but this is exactly when you deserve care the most.

That's where I come in...

My role overnight is to care for your baby with the same calm attention you'd give yourself, allowing you to sleep knowing your little one is safe and well looked after.

Here's how I might support you during the night:

  • Caring for all of baby's needs while you rest.

  • Bringing baby to you for breastfeeds, or managing bottle feeds completely if you choose.

  • Offering gentle, hands-off breastfeeding peer support or help with pumping.

  • Changing, winding and settling baby after feeds.

  • Keeping you comfortable with drinks and snacks.

  • Preparing and sterilizing feeding equipment ready for the morning.

Every family's needs are different, and we'll tailor the support to what works best for you.

I'm here to walk alongside you during this tender time, respecting your choices and gently looking after you while you look after your baby. You can trust your instincts, and I'll be right by your side supporting you with confidence.

Please get in touch for a chat—I'm happy to meet in person to answer any questions you may have about how night support could work for your family.
