Birth Support That Puts You at the Centre!
Picture stepping into your birth feeling calm, capable, and truly ready—not just wishing for a positive experience, but feeling secure in the knowledge that you’ve prepared for this moment. That you’re surrounded by people who respect and support you. That you’re in control—making informed decisions for your baby and your body.
No matter how your birth unfolds, you’ll be able to look back and say with certainty:
“That was mine. I did that. I owned every moment.”
While many approach birth with 'going with the flow', hoping it all works out, you’re choosing something different. You know birth isn’t just something to get through—it’s a profound, life-changing experience that deserves to be met with clarity, confidence, and care.
You’re not looking for one-size-fits-all advice.
You want to feel grounded and informed as labour begins—calm, prepared, and sure of yourself.
You want someone in your corner who truly listens, understands your needs, and supports you without judgement.
You want to look back on your birth with pride, knowing every choice was made from a place of strength, love, and trust in yourself.
Standard Birth Package

With the standard doula package, continuous support starts in your third trimester (around 27 weeks gestation). You'll have access to support whenever you need it, without having to wait for scheduled appointments to reach me. This personalised care is designed to help you embrace your pregnancy and build confidence as you prepare for birth. Throughout this period, my guidance will help you feel ready and equipped for childbirth. Support continues for six weeks postpartum through phone calls and text messages, ensuring you have the assistance you need during those early weeks with your new born.
Your 2 scheduled prenatal appointments are designed to help you feel ready and equipped for childbirth! These sessions will give you the understanding and self-assurance needed to make informed decisions about your preferences while learning about the various options and recommendations that may come your way. I don't advocate for any specific birth environment or method—this includes hospital or home births, as well as vaginal or caesarean deliveries. What I support is the concept of a POSITIVE birth experience. Everyone has their safe place for birth, and I support your choice of environment and work together to optimise it for labour. This time together allows me to understand you and your partner on a deeper level. Each session runs approximately 2 hours and takes place in the comfort of your own home. I also include a bonus session - a relaxed coffee meeting as you near (or go beyond!) your expected delivery date.
I'll be ready and available to be on-call from 38 weeks through to 42 weeks of pregnancy. When your body and baby signal readiness and early labour begins, we'll have a conversation to determine the optimal time for me to come and be with you in person.
I will be a calm presence, providing support to both you and your partner as labour progresses. The consistent care and connection we've developed will assure you that I'll respect your birth preferences. I'll remain with you after your baby arrives, honouring this precious time for you and your partner, helping you settle and establish your first feed with your baby.
I'll visit you once postnatally so you can reflect on your birth experience and explore whether additional support would be needed. Keep in mind that my availability continues for 6 weeks after birth through calls and messages. You can reach out to me whenever you need extra encouragement and reassurance, which will aid in both your recovery and growing confidence as a parent.
